    Job Description:


    Assist the Director of Nursing with:Active management of clinical systemsNursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firingTeam building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient careAssist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
