    Job Description:

    CareLinx by Sharecare is in search of Per Diem Caregivers (CGs) to join our dynamic team.

    This unique opportunity is part-time. We need multiple caregivers to cover various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include overseeing participants' daily activities, offering emotional support and companionship, and addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests from patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise patients without distractions.
    • Alert nurses when patients require assistance.
    • Provide emotional support and companionship.
    • Avoid performing unauthorized medical procedures.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality.
    • Create and execute engaging, safe programs and activities for members.
    • Effectively communicate with members to address their social and emotional needs.
    • Report any significant changes in program participants.
    • Adhere to facility policies and standards.

    • Proficiency in Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, and/or Cantonese (Preferred).

    Requirements:

    • Previous caregiver experience, especially in de-escalation.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Compassion for others.
    • Valid government-issued ID.
    • Eligibility to work in the US.
    • Recent TB test.
    • Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster.
    • Reliable transportation.
