- Manage office requirements while systems are being upgraded.
- Track production order progress through production and update schedules
- Review the master schedule to our lead time of each operation to meeting shipping dates according to sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Schedule workflow for each product line and operation according to previously established manufacturing lead times
- Communicate with department supervisors and line leaders to determine status of assigned projects and workload.
- Monitor workflow through the department to ensure customer or forecast build schedules are met.
- Establish best practices for inventory reduction.
- Attend Customer calls to facilitate learning the business requirements.
- Expedite production orders to assist with Customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- Excellent communication skills
