    Job Description:
    This Technical Project Leader plays a pivotal role in steering the organizations readiness for compliance and manufacturability.

    This position is hands-on and works closely with the engineering team to maintain product efficiency, incorporate ECNs, and meet budget/timelines.

    The incumbent will also be collaborating with our field contractors to ensure demo site installations meet project goals and required standards.


    Responsibilities:
    Product Development Oversight and

    Comprehensive Project Planning:
    Oversee the technical product development milestones and deliverables.
    Forge a collaborative bond with engineering teams on project scope and deliverables that meet business goals.
    Steer cross-functional meetings to fortify alignment across the engineering, manufacturing, and other pivotal divisions.
    Comfortable coordinating technical and manufacturing activities with manufacturers, contractors, inspectors, and internal engineers.

    Liaise with certification bodies like ETL to ensure all product development processes and demo installations comply with required standards and regulations.

    Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks in product development and site installations, developing comprehensive strategies to navigate potential obstacles effectively.

    Regularly assess risk management processes, adjusting strategies to align with evolving project dynamics and ensuring the highest level of project integrity.

    Confer with certification entities like ETL, assuring that all facets of product development and demo installations are in stringent compliance with standards and regulations.

    Proactively pinpoint potential risks in both product development and site setups, architecting and deploying strategies to defuse them.
    Maintain focus on product advancement and demo site activities to meet agreed timelines and budgets. Utilizes technical agility to recalibrate plans to counterbalance any deviations.

    Leads the technical/electrical requirements of the project for our stakeholders, offering consistent updates on project dynamics, potential risks, and strategic recalibrations.

    Craft and present comprehensive reports that demonstrate project progression, obstacles encountered, and outcomes for both product development and demo site facets.


    Qualifications:
    A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar equivalent discipline.
    At least 4 years of experience in product development and project management, preferably in engineering or technical fields.
    A minimum of 2 years experience in project management preferably with multiple responsibilities.
    Demonstrated ability to navigate complex product development processes and installation blueprints.
    Advanced level of verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in project management tools like smart sheet and MS Office suite.10-15% Travel to demonstration sites for review. A valid drivers license with insurable driving record required.
    Preferred candidate will possess relevant accreditations (e.g., PMP, CAPM) and experience in construction or commercial project management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
