    Job DescriptionSalary:

    We are growing Westerkamp Group, LLC is an expanding company specializing in Revenue Cycle Management services in the health care industry. We are currently seeking a Cash Poster in our Birmingham, AL office.

    Successful candidates will have the following skills:

    • Medical insurance experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Data Entry skills
    • Must be able to read and interpret EOB's
    • Flexibility
    • Teamwork capacity
    • Telephone communication proficiency
    • Technical capacity
    • HIPAA and Confidentiality knowledge

    The core responsibilities of an cash poster include the following:

    • Process unidentified payments
    • Work Medicaid Remittance Worklist
    • Post Payments
    • Work Special Projects
    • Gathering EOB's for posting
    • Post and reconcile cash daily
    • Post proper write off adjustments
    • Post insurance and self-pay remittances
