    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial information to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
    • Evaluate loan applications and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide guidance to customers on loan products and services.
    • Conduct credit checks and verify income sources.
    • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.

    Skills Required:

    • The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quotas.
    • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
    • Must possess strong phone handling and active listening skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer service orientation.
    • Adaptability to interact with diverse personalities, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.
    • A high school diploma is required.

    This is a full-time position offering a monthly pay of $5, $30,

    Experience:

    • Mortgage servicing: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
