Beacon Services of Connecticut provides home-based pediatric services for infants toddlers and children from birth to three years of age.
Responsibilities
- Deliver intervention to families where they live by supporting the evaluation of young children's current abilities using developmental and motor assessments.
- Clinicians interpret evaluation results work as part of a team to develop individualized plans use evidence-based intervention to facilitate children's participation within the home and community Clinicians also support the transition from community to school services.
