- Ability to meet attendance standards in accordance with company policy.
- Knowledge and prior experience with order fulfillment including the following; FTL/LTL shipments, small package delivery/receiving, packing lists & BOL's.
- Must be able and willing to cross train within all functions of shipping/receiving/warehouse area.
- Prior experience using RF Scan devices for order pic/pack/ship processing & paperwork.
- Communicates with Supervisors and Team Leaders via radio to request product to production lines, professional communication required.
- Must have experience operating a Sit-down Forklift
- Experience in Loading & unloading trucks
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Relevant experience within the last 2 years.
- Work in a fast pace manufacturing environment
- Able to report to work as scheduled

MAT Industries in Jackson, TN is searching for a Material Handler Shipping Department . This position is scheduled Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm. If you have a great work ethic (reporting for work as scheduled), motivated and able to complete job functions without direct supervision, Must have experience operating a Stand-up and Sit-down Forklift, please see below.
