*Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

*Location*: Seattle, WA

*Schedule*: Day and Mid Shifts Available, 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30), 13 Weeks Contract, Every Other Weekend Required

*Requirements*:

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Washington
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Covid vaccination card required
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members

*Special Requirements:

• Traveler must have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions
• All travel pairs must have their own transportation

*Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Adhere to infection control protocols and follow all safety guidelines
• Participate in continuing education and training programs as required
