    SUMMARY

    The Salesforce Associate Systems Administrator is an entry level application administrator position and is required to provide support and basic administration of This includes configuration, documentation, implementation, and support of Salesforce and related application functionality.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Participates in operational support, maintenance and basic administration and implementation of the environment, leveraging agile (kanban/scrum) practices including troubleshooting, performance monitoring and management, user profile/access management, data management, security, optimization, and disaster recovery / business continuity planning.

    Identify & implement automation opportunities and process improvements

    Maintain documentation relating to configurations, back-up and recovery processes, security, monitoring, storage administration, license and capacity planning, disaster recovery / business continuity

    Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through to resolution.

    Clearly articulate requirements, issues, status, etc. to non-technical management personnel

    Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for priority 1 issue resolution

    Partner closely with IT Infrastructure and Operation teams to ensure security, availability, performance, scalability, etc.

    Engages frequently with 3rd party support vendors as necessary

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

    Must possess strong technical, communication and organization skills

    1-3 years IT experience

    Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams

    Experience supporting Salesforce org with preference for hands on experience with configuration, user setup and maintenance, and general troubleshooting

    NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

    Prefer experience with the following Salesforce functionality: Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning

    In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
