    *Duties:**

    Assist in managing daily operational tasks and projects

    Serve as a personal assistant to the Operations Manager by managing calendars and appointments

    Assist with HR related tasks

    Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls(on occasion)

    Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met

    Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

    Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

    **Experience:**

    The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

    Previous experience as a personal assistant, clerk, or in project coordination

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

    Proficiency in calendar management, especially using tools like Outlook Calendar

    Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles

    Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office for document management and collaboration
