    Cyber Targeting Instructor

    Description:

    Seeking a highly motivated Cyber Targeting Instructor to support the Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower.

    The candidate shall provide instructional support and curriculum development for the Cyber Effects Applications Course (CEAC) focusing on the integration of Cyber Operations through the Joint Targeting Cycle and enabling target analysts supporting Cyber Mission Force work roles the requisite skills to develop targets IAW CJSI standards.

    The target audience for the course includes Interagency or Joint Cyber Mission Force personnel supporting and/or augmenting cyber operations-integrated planning elements.


    Job Responsibilities:


    • Assist and support CCoE personnel
    • Utilize and develop all training related products IAW all applicable regulations and SOPs (i.e. TRADOC REG with appendixes).
    • Facilitate adult learning through modern training techniques and methodologies
    • Assist in developing Cyberspace Operations (CO) curriculum
    • Provide technical instructional support to the Cyber School that includes fostering self-development, platform instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining training resources, developing training schedules, managing exams, administering exercises, conducting student assessments, and assisting students with developing, preparing, and practicing presentations

    Required Skills and Experience:



    • 2+ years of service (military/civilian/contractor) conducting offensive operations in cyberspace as part of USCYBERCOM, or service component cyber commands directly supporting a COCOM/JTF Headquarters
    • Joint/Service specific targeting processes experience within USCYBERCOM or subordinate service component within the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) while serving in, or directly supporting the Joint Targeting Analyst (JTA) work role or have expert knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle as codified in JP 3-60 and documented successful experience serving at major command(s) within any service.

    OR

    • Served as a certified instructor for the USCYBERCOM validated Cyber Effects Applications Course (CEAC)

    OR

    • Completed at a minimum of two or more of the following courses/instructional events:
    • A Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accredited course of instruction on Joint Intermediate Target Development (DIA).
    • Completion of a course (or familiarization training) related to the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB).
    • A Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) course IAW the guidance proscribed by CJCSI Current Series), No-Strike and Collateral Damage Estimation Methodology.
    • The Joint Targeting School (JTS), Joint Targeting Staff Course.
    • The US Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center's Joint Operational Fire and Effects (JOFEC) Course.
    • The U.S. Air Force course(s) leading to Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 1N1X1B
    • Geospatial Intelligence, Targeteer.
    • Experiential knowledge in at least 7 of the 14 following knowledge areas:
    • Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP).
    • Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPO).
    • Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC).
    • Target System Analysis (TSA).
    • Electronic Targeting Folders (ETFs).
    • Strike/Mission Packages developed in support of offensive cyberspace operations.
    • Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT).
    • USCYBERCOM IKE
    • National Production Workshop (NPW).
    • Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB).
    • Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) IAW current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions (CJCSI)
    • Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE).
    • Collateral Effects Estimation (CEE).
    • Vetting and validation of targets in cyberspace
    • Combat Assessment of cyberspace targets
    • Experience participating in a COCOM Joint Targeting Cycle.

    OR

    • Demonstrated experience in participation in targeting related Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells and Working Groups (B2C2WG)
    • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
    • Must be a U.S. citizen
    • Must possess a final Top Security Clearance and Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with SCI eligibility at work performance start date and shall maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract
