• BALTIMORE, MDJoin Len the Plumbing and Heating and Air TEAMLen the Plumber Heating and Air HVAC Sales Coordinator (Baltimore, MD) will schedule all market and tech generated leads.

This role will prioritize the leads to maximize opportunity and revenue.

This role will also outbound on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and create new revenue for the company.

Essential Job Functions :

Communicate with technicians to set sales leadsCreate an effective transition from technicians to Comfort ConsultantsCommunicate with customers to prioritize marketed leads and gather helpful information for the sales team.

Prioritize sales calls and dispatch Comfort Consultants based on business needsCreate and schedule reports to provide to the dispatch team for setting leadsTrack results of all sales calls and open opportunitiesPrioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departmentsFollow-up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenueDevelop key client relationships, negotiating and closing dealsEstablish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.


Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.

Strong communication skills, written and verbalProficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookPrior customer service experience is a PLUSExperience with Service-Titan preferred but not requiredExperience/Education:
