- Preferred Master's Degree in Mental Health Related Field
- Bachelor's degree required plus four years supervisory experience
- Licensed Professional Counselors(LPC), LPC-Associate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or related
- Experience working with Children and Adolescents in Mental Health Counseling
- Knowledge on case management. Experience with presenting mental health topics as an expert in the field, including outreach and community engagement skills
- Must be able to represent the TCHATT Project in the community with ease to develop relationships and solidify MOUs
- Project Management, results driven, qualitative and quantitative research, time management, proactive, excellent computer and communication skills, analytical skills, works independently and as part of a team, ability to be highly organized and prioritize, positive interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative
