    **Job Title: General Laborer**

    **Job Overview:**
    We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that require physical labor on construction sites, warehouses, or other industrial settings. This role requires the ability to work well in a team, follow instructions from supervisors, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

    **Responsibilities:**
    1. Assist with various tasks on construction sites such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
    2. Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
    3. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
    4. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
    5. Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures.
    6. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment and tools.
    7. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
    9. Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
    10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

    **Requirements:**
    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
    3. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
    4. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
    5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    6. Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
    7. Strong work ethic and reliability.
    8. Ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions.
    9. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
    10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

    **Physical Demands:**
    1. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly.
    2. Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
    3. Working in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
    4. Operating hand and power tools safely.
