Description
The Customer Service Representative serves as a crucial link between our outreach program and its members, both existing and potential.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers to provide information regarding their product inquiries, concerns, and questions.
Assist members with enrollment and provider services.
Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints.
Effectively communicate with members to ensure clarity on their concerns and expectations.
Conduct research on billing inquiries and claims to facilitate service.
Act as a liaison between members and different departments to address concerns.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
