    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments
    • Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and work assignments. Supervises a designated crew in performance of daily work duties and assists as needed to insure timely completion.
    • Strong background in remodel
    • Experience in construction, diciplines, ie carpentry, framing, flooring, tile, trim work, welding, drywall, etc.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes.
    • Performs construction and remodeling projects on property.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
