    Sign-on Bonus Offered - Up to $15,000

    LRH Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established family practice in Harrisburg, PA. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident chairside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    The associate can anticipate a stable and fun environment with a committed, highly-skilled support team, and beautiful state of the art facilities. This is a perfect opportunity for an associate looking for clinical development; our model enables our clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing ample educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

    About Our Practice
    • In business over 30 years
    • Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 8
    • Total chairs: 14
    • Schedule: Part-time (Wed, Thurs, Fri) with potential of full-time in 2024
    • Practice annual revenue: $4.2m
    • 80% PPO 20%FFS
    • Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral camera, etc.)
    • Specialty work done in office: Invisalign & implants
    • Average new patients/month: 20-30
    Compensation for Part-Time Providers
    • Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
    • Malpractice insurance
    • Benefits: 401(k) eligible and other voluntary benefits*
    *Benefits are subject to change and eligibility

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry, cosmetic, and restorative
    • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
    • GPR or AEGD preferred
    • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
