- Canton-Potsdam Hospital (CPH) is a not-for-profit community healthcare facility certified for 94 beds. Its core programs include emergency medicine, acute care, hospitalist medicine, critical care, and a Level III Trauma Center that is fully equipped to provide rapid and thorough trauma care to adults involved in physically traumatic situations.
- Gouverneur Hospital (GH) is a not-for-profit critical access hospital certified for 25 beds. Services include emergency care, medical imaging and EKGs, laboratory, physical rehabilitation, and respiratory therapy. GH also houses our comprehensive substance abuse rehabilitation programs, including medicated assisted treatment, and behavioral therapies.
- Massena Hospital (MH) is a 25-bed acute care hospital providing inpatient, medical, surgical, and detoxification services in addition to emergency care. MH s main campus also provides medical imaging and laboratory services, nutritional counseling, respiratory care, cardiac rehabilitation, and inpatient physical and speech therapies. Outreach health centers offer the community cardiology, infusion, nephrology, neurology, OB-GYN and women s health, pediatrics, and primary care.The Practice

St. Lawrence Health is looking for full time Psychiatrists to join the team.
- The ideal candidate will be BE within 5 years of completing residency or BC in Psychiatry.
- This position is 100% outpatient services and no in-person call.
- The physician is responsible to respond to CPH inpatient hospital consults every other week.
- Coverage needed in Potsdam (Canton-Potsdam Hospital, CPH ) and Gouverneur (Gouverneur Hospital, GH ) with potential outreach to other clinics.
- Collaborative environment working with psychologists, LCSW s, therapists and nurses.
- Psychiatrists will see patients 6+ years of age to geriatric range of patients.Financial Package
Compensation: Competitive compensation based on MGMA benchmarking
Signing Bonus: $25,000
Relocation: $15,000
Licensing & Dues: $2,000
CME s: $4,000
