    Epic Nine is seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of marketing tactics, the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and the expertise to lead a team to successfully complete projects on time. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proficient communicator, and a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
    • - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and determine the most effective marketing tactics.
    • - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
    • - Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
    • Project Management:
    • - Lead and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
    • - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, or a related role.
    • - Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects and leading teams.
    • Technical Skills:
    • - Proficient in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello, Asana).
    • - Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Interpersonal Skills:
    • - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • - Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
    • - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
