Private Household Chef - Palm Beach - SOFLO Domestics

Description

A private family based in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced Seasonal Private Chef for a 3-4 month engagement beginning the first week of March.

The household consists of a couple, with occasional visits from extended family who live nearby. Daily service is typically for two people, with small family groups of up to five on occasion. Entertaining is light and not frequent.

This position is based in Palm Beach and includes occasional travel to the family's other U.S. residences, typically for one to two weeks at a time.

The chef will work as part of a team of four chefs to ensure full seasonal coverage. At times, the chef will collaborate with another chef, and at other times will work independently. Full exclusive availability is required for the duration of the engagement, with no outside commitments. When the family hosts, additional hospitality staff and kitchen assistance are provided.

The family enjoys a wide variety of cuisines, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, health-conscious meals, "California-style" clean and balanced cooking, and well-rounded global flavors.

Schedule

• Approximately 3 meals per day
• Average 6 days per week
• Light travel as needed
