    Required Skills & Experience

    CRCST certification REQUIRED
    Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing experience REQUIRED
    Ability to read and understand IFUs and operating instructions
    Basic math skills for counting instruments
    Basic computer proficiency
    Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    Required:
    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred:
    Completion of Central Sterile coursework
