    Role Overview

    A Delvaux Operations Supervisor is an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for ensuring a seamless client journey by maintaining operational excellence and precision in inventory management. The Operations Supervisor is an essential partner to store and regional leadership, able to influence an inspiring and motivating team environment that is supported by an efficient and evolving operational flow.

    A Client-Centric Operations and Logistics Leader

    • As a member of Delvaux's North America Leadership Team you motivate and empower an environment of teamwork to maintain collaboration in the store, between stores, and with business partners
    • By upholding inventory management standards, you influence an organized and efficient work environment while ensuring ongoing accuracy of stock
    • By prioritizing stockroom safety, you create a professional and compliant environment for employees and vendors to operate within
    • By optimizing stockroom and sales floor preshow/understock space, you ensure merchandise is easily accessible and offers a seamless client experience
    • By managing store logistics, you oversee stock deliveries from central warehouse, domestic and international stock transfers, and stock issued for commercial activities (consignments, trunk shows, photo shoots, etc.)
    • By maintaining store supplies order management, you contribute to the operating expenses of the store
    • By ensuring client repairs and refurbishment are delivered on schedule, you impact customer service
    • By contributing to omni-channel initiatives in store, you influence future innovations in client experience
    • By leading by example and enabling a client-centric environment, you serve as a role model for the current and future Leadership

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations
    • 2+ years' management or supervisory experience
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies
    • Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set
    • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes
