Job DescriptionJob Title: Floor Assembly Operator
Location:
Walpole MA
Duration: 06 Months Contract (with possible extensions)
Responsibilities:
Precisely assemble sensor modules, including wafer singulation and defect inspection.
Manage inventory accurately to support uninterrupted production flow.
Contribute insights to manufacturing schedule planning.
Guide team members within the work cell to ensure adherence to quality standards and schedules.
Actively participate in departmental projects and teams aimed at continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proficient in basic computer operations for record-keeping.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organization skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience.
