    Overview:

    The Strategy Operations Planner supports the client and operations teams working across the various global and regional locations on the account. This role will serve as a key connector and coordinator for media planning data management, as well as manage work across the portfolio to ensure that local teams are compliant in process and ways of working.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Manage all budget, planning and flighting in MediaTools
    • Ensure teams are working within the appropriate authorization platforms to keep accurate and up-to-date records of activity
    • Work with client finance to provide reporting from Authorize and MediaOcean for the PO Tracker if applicable
    • Responsible for monthly Authorize FMC reporting
    • Oversee and update flowcharts and budget documents with accuracy
      • Track budget and flowchart changes with detail and organization
      • Develop general understanding behind each reports and teams' roles and responsibilities to troubleshoot if applicable
    • Provide monthly tracking updates for internal review and submission
    • Support on building charts and slides for client presentations
    • Maintain yearly on the taxonomy to be used in MediaTools for the upcoming year
    • Spearhead reporting for client: Monthly budget tracker/flowcharts, MMM or audits
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Media planning experience
    • Working knowledge of PC
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
    • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
    • Willingness to learn new skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate, work on own initiative and occasionally unsupervised
    • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in writing, or in person (inclusive of external partners)
    • Positive, can-do attitude

    Compensation Range: $46,500 - $62,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
