We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

-Checking in and out clients -Giving 5 star customer service -Assisting in Marketing events -Responding to emails daily

salary:
$17 - $18 per hour

shift:
First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education:
No Degree Required

Responsibilities

This is a contract to hire for a Fortune 500 company that is looking for a receptionist/admin to support the entire facilities department.

Hours will be Monday - Friday 8a.m. -5p.m. We are looking for someone who is able to answer phones, order supplies and assist in events. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work and hold themselves accountable and have a friendly demeanor.
