Synergy Labor Solutions, seeking combo welders in Lafayette, IN. Pay rate ranging from $28 to $35 based on test performance. Candidates should be capable of passing two welding tests.

1st Test: is a 2# monster stainless coupon for the TIG welding segment.

2nd Test: involves stick carbon pipe welding, options include TIG root with 7018 filler and cap, or 6010 root with 7018 filler and cap.

It's essential to have your own:

• Stinger and TIG rig
• PPE ( high-visibility shirt, weld hood, and either a welder jacket or flame-resistant clothing)

For those working in Indiana, there's a per diem of $100 per day; if traveling to another state, it's $160 per day.

Successful candidates must pass our background check and a 10-panel urine test after completing the welding assessment to proceed further.
