Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties to assure the preservation and upkeep of the building fixtures and residential spaces.

Responsibilities
- Respond to resident/management service requests for occupied and vacant rental units.
- Repair/replace appliances plumbing air conditioning/heating/electrical systems as needed.
- Repair/replace apartment materials perform routine preventative maintenance assignments inspect repair vacant units prepare for move-ins work on-call scheduled 24/7 weekend shifts overtime necessary pre-approved by Maintenance Supervisor Property Manager complete grounds work such as grounds pick up sweeping light landscaping perform other duties requested support property operations.
