Job summary
This job involves providing employment services to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages. The role requires evaluation and assessment of participants as well as training and coaching in various skills such as resume writing, job search techniques and interviewing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands on supervision and support to participants/employees during their learning and performance of job duties at a variety of work locations.
- Educate individuals with regards to educational and career planning opportunities.
