    Job Description:

    EpistoFlow, a premier gym company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team at our Miami, FL location. The Warehouse Worker will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by accurately managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability of products.
    • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that orders are accurately picked and packaged according to customer specifications.
    • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and arrange transportation for outgoing shipments. Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
    • Quality Control: Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies. Report any issues to the warehouse supervisor and assist in resolving quality-related issues.
    • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. Arrange inventory on shelves, racks, and bins for easy access and efficient workflow. Follow proper procedures for hazardous materials handling and storage.
    • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and repeatedly.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
