upport and management of the SharePoint platform for Bright Horizons. They will spend time
pr
oviding

upport and guidance for Bright Horizons SharePoint users, ensuring
fu
nctionality

nd making
up
dates

s necessary. They will work closely with the SharePoint architect for gu
idan
c
e a
nd
as
sist
i
n the design, planning, and execution of system design changes,
up
dates
a
nd other initiatives.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Assist
in the definition, development, and documentation of requirements,
objectives
, deliverable, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with users.
Technical resource and guide project with consulting on technical decisions and ensure success of project.
Experience in O365 Suite such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, MS Teams, SharePoint
Look for opportunities to support our mission, automation, efficiency & simplification.
Migration experience from
On-premise
to cloud with migrating, and merging content between SharePoint and Office 365 platforms
SharePoint Online administration and support
Provide O365 technology training services to individuals and teams as it relates to the business partner's needs.
Understanding of system infrastructure, Active
directory
and SQL
Manage user permissions and access controls for SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries
Resolve technical issues and incidents related to SharePoint, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365), SharePoint 2019.

Receives limited direction and exercises independent judgement within the scope of their role.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
or Work Experience equivalent
is required.
