    One of our Top Nationwide Loan Officer Teams is looking to grow in the Morgantown, WV area. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to support an established leader as a Business Development / Client Relationship Manager in the Morgantown, WV and Deep Creek Lake, MD area.     The Candidate will act as a liaison at our office in Deep Creek Lake / McHenry, Maryland to assist our sales team by acting as a point of contact for new Realtor and business partners as well as existing ones.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Assist interaction between the Client and Loan Officers.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct research to identify new opportunities.
    • Develop relationships with realtors and industry partners.
    • Promote the company's service.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    • Nurture and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
    • Develop opportunities in target markets with support of a great marketing team.
    • Attend face-to-face meetings with business partners and clients when needed.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    • Ability to multi-task using strong organization and prioritization skills.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Ability to quickly learn the mortgage industry related to job duties.
    • Build and maintain positive relations with all team members and associates.
    • Time management and planning skills.
    • Flexibility in work hours to meet client's needs.
    • Polished and professional telephone manner.

    Education & Experience

    • Minimum one (1) year mortgage experience preferred but not required.
    • Sales / Marketing experience with a strong sales track record preferred.
    • Associates/Bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills a must.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive.
    • Versed in Social Media channels.
    • Experience in customer support.
    • Market knowledge a plus.

    Salary starts at $30,000 base rate PLUS BONUS on production.

    Total comp package should be $45,000 + in first year.
