- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
- LCSW/LPC required (or will be test eligible for LCSW or LPC within 3 months)
- Experience working with addiction and/or a psychiatric patient population required
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills, and be able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
- Carries a clinical caseload, conducts family therapeutic meetings utilizing biological, psychological, and systemic perspectives in understanding patients and their families to develop treatment plans and interventions from those perspectives appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- Works cohesively with other team members and is a contributor to the team; actively communicating with the Director of Social Work and other Social Workers, as needed. Ensures care provided is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
- Holds self-accountable to helping the patient and family achieve desired results, understanding and identifying professional strengths, limitations, and challenges.
- Actively participates in clinical rounds & social work staff meetings/trainings.
- Facilitates discharge planning and implementation.
- Conducts group therapy sessions with techniques appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
- Provides intern and/or staff supervision, as requested by the Director of Social Work or Director of Clinical Operations.

Clinical Social Worker
Job Summary
The Clinical Social Worker provides direct clinical care to patients in the therapeutic process from admission to discharge, and provides individual, family and group therapy, preparing discharge plans as indicated. The Clinical Social Worker will interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure patient-centered, evidence-based, high-quality care for patients.
Education
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
