Job summary
The Wound Care Nurse will promote, coordinate, and monitor our state-of-the-art infection control program within assigned skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Investigates, monitors, and communicates known or potential sources of suspected infections to determine sources and minimize spread.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of standard methods for identifying nosocomial infections using an epidemiological approach that consists of surveillance data collection trending for identification.
