    **Description**

    **Duties and Responsibilities:**

    Assist the Director of Golf Sales & Group Golf Manager in the following areas:

    + Management of group files

    + Customer service assist with the following:

    Management of groups guest requests

    Managing group revisions

    + Group payment management

    Identify and log all golf groups to include but not limited to:

    Deposits

    Final payments

    Rooming lists

    On-line payment component management

    Assist in group site visits

    Work closely with Guest Services

    Transitioning golf groups before arrival on property

    Assist in delivering required group amenities

    Assist team members as needed with reservations for Golf, RKOG, Sporting Grounds food & beverage needs of the groups.

    Arranges necessary transportation for guests

    Regular communication with Golf Shops, Sporting Grounds and RKOG

    **Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Educations:**

    Strong knowledge of high touch customer service, interpersonal skills

    2 years office-related & customer service experience

    Deep knowledge and understanding of Reynolds and familiarity with the amenities (RKOG, Golf, Sporting Grounds)

    Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Word & Excel.

    Must be well organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask between several software applications simultaneously.

    Must possess a pleasant speaking voice and skills of diplomacy & tact while dealing with guests.

    Neat, well groomed, professional appearance.

    **Safety Responsibilities & Requirements:**

    Actively upholds safety rules/guidelines in accordance with RLO, OSHA, EPA, DNR, & other State/Federal laws.

    Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
