    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical construction sales to accelerate the growth of sales in both electrical constructions and electrical material distribution as listed below:


    Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for electrical construction and electrical materials; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

    Maintain sales volume, key accounts and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

    Stay tuned with industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape. Identify emerging opportunities, threats and potential partnerships that can enhance our position.

    Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

    Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
    Monitors and manages the performance, schedules, effectiveness, and efficiencies of all work performed by subcontractors.
    Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activities, and providing feedback to the leadership team and other company functions.
    Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
    Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required.
    Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical constructions or cable distributions with
    5+ years' experience as a leadership position.
    Verbal and written fluency in English and Korean preferred.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.

    Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines, be self-directed, exhibit good business judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
