    Description

    Join our client's Marketing Operations Team as a Marketing Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in leading a portfolio of sterile injectable pharmaceutical products in the acute space.

    Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this position requires a strategic combination of P&L management, promotional marketing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    P&L Management:

    • Manage P&L for assigned product portfolio, overseeing pricing, forecasting, budget, bids, and financial targets.
    • Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies to expand the use of specialty pharmaceuticals.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Actively engage and support Sales efforts by collaborating on product needs, bid opportunities, and customer communications.
    • Independently interpret and analyze data for Sales use with customers.

    Promotional Strategies:

    • Recommend promotional product strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement and product preference.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to develop comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication-driven market segments.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Support the development of annual sales meeting strategies, collateral, and training efforts.
    • Analyze market opportunities and contribute to the development of compelling value propositions and competitive positioning.

    Product Launch:

    • Collaborate with NPL lead to develop and execute effective launch plans for new products.

    Trade Shows and Exhibitions:

    • Work with marketing leadership to set strategy, messaging, and execution approach for relevant trade shows and exhibitions.

    Marketing Planning:

    • Participate in marketing planning activities, including competitive research, market landscape analysis, and budget development.

    Competitive Intelligence:

    • Monitor and track competitive intelligence, market landscape, and product performance to optimize plans.

    Customer Insights:

    • Gain market and competitive insights from market research, customers, and field-based personnel.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer targets and their needs for effective communication and solutions.

    Social Media and Branding:

    • Partner with marketing communications to develop and implement social media outreach and content.
    • Maintain consistent and up-to-date branding and messaging on the website and LinkedIn.

    Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and develop compelling messages for clinicians.
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • High level of initiative, independent thinking, and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Teams and Power BI preferred.
