- Help prepare Navy Program Executive Office budgets
- Measure organizational performance
- Assess the effects of programs and policies on proposed budgets
- Assess budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives
- Assist with:
- Guidelines and policies for Navy budgets
- Conducting training sessions on budget procedures
- Producing executive summaries
- Coordinate financial activities across Navy Program Offices
- Manage finances across multiple funding types
- Track budgets, costs, and variances across multiple programs
- Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements
- Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another similar field
- At least four and no more than eight years of experience in Business and Financial Management, Accounting, or a similar field
- Minimum Secret Clearance Required
