- Design, build and maintain data models for analytics tools
- Document standard tables, including sources and relationships
- Contribute to our data quality framework, standardizing nomenclature and usage
- Monitor and review existing pipelines, prioritizing stability and timeliness
- Work closely with other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across the company
- Utilize SQL, python and other technologies to automate and maintain processes
- Understand, adhere to, and implement the Company's policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service skills, including consistently displaying awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients. Proactively ensuring that these needs are met or exceeded.
- Take personal responsibility for personal growth including acquiring new skills, knowledge, and information.

- Set and complete challenging goals.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- 5+ years of experience working with ETL pipelines, data transformation and modeling
- Proficient in SQL, including stored procedures and automation
- Proficient in python
- Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc)
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL Server
- Experience with dbt
- Expertise in healthcare data, particularly Medicare Advantage and value-based care models a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, computer science or related field
- Master's degree required
- Excellent ability to understand business needs and translate datasets into flexible models
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to work with multiple internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solving ability, able to apply logical principles to a variety of problems
- Resourceful and proactive, keeping on top of industry trends
- Ability to create and maintain technical and presentational documentation with MS Office, Google Docs, Atlassian or similar tools.
