- Evaluate the design and performance of complex Information Technology based systems.
- Design and develop hardware/component modifications.
- Assemble and install simulators components to include computer racks, computers, network infrastructure, and support systems.
- Conduct systems test and evaluation, develop Engineering Change Modification documentation and review of Logistic Support Elements.
- Design and develop maintenance plans and procedures for completed systems.
- Review and evaluate commercial technical documentation to affirm usability of equipment in the design of systems.
- Coordinate with government and contractor agencies to accomplish program/project objectives.
- Create and modify technical requirements to specify systems components and compile technical drawings using Computer Aided Design (CAD) toolsets such as Auto CAD or SolidWorks.
- Coordinate and participate in activities such as systems installation, interface testing, systems operational performance verification, troubleshooting and evaluation of technical issues, and generating technical reports and presentations.
- Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one (US Citizenship required).
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an Engineering discipline. Note: Mechanical Engineering highly desired and will be the priority in candidate resume reviews.
- Entry Level (1-3) years of professional technical experience.
- Experience creating drawings in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- Experience in mechanical engineering analysis and design, in mechanical engineering software tools, coordinating electrical fabrication, and electrical engineering test techniques.
