    Job Description

    The Senior Property Manager provides first-class property management services to third-party clients and owners. This role is needed for a Downtown Denver Class A Office Building. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial and operational management, client interaction, tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, budgeting, and supervisory responsibility.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for coordination of all property management-related activities including day-to-day building operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, client/tenant/vendor relations.
    • Work closely with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting Teams to ensure the "Stream Team" is providing the highest level of service to our clients.
    • Ensure all Stream policies and best practices are implemented and followed.
    • Understand and ensure full compliance with the Management Agreement as well as all client policies and procedures.
    • Conduct routine property inspections and associated follow-ups to prevent/identify/resolve problems and exposures.
    • Prepare and adhere to operating and capital budgets and forecasts as well as annual expense recovery estimates and reconciliations.
    • Review/approve invoices/AP batches, and monthly rent edits. Ensure the accuracy of GL.
    • Prepare monthly expense variance comments for clients.
    • Prepare, review, and submit monthly/quarterly/annual reports per client requirements.
    • Coordination of all property-related contracts, services, repairs, and capital projects.
    • Tenant lease review and set up in designated accounting system.
    • Adhere to Stream property management annual audit.
    • Maintain personal contact with all vendors, tenants, and clients.
    • Respond to and resolve after-hour emergency calls as needed.
    • Supervisory responsibility for designated personnel.
    Qualifications
    • 7-10 years of commercial property management experience
    • Significant supervisory responsibility
    • CPM, RPA designation preferred (or in progress)
    • Detail-oriented
    • Analytical
    • Computer literate (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, Excel, Impak)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
