Description

Working as a Cashier, you are our ambassador by providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

You have five main functions, explaining the menu, accepting payment, answering the phones, preparing carry-out orders and preparing and serving custard.

You will also be expected to:
Complete opening or closing duties
Perform job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times
Promptly inform the Manager on Duty of any and all customer complaints or comments
Maintain a clean work area, wherever your work takes place
Answer the phone
Take Phone in Orders accurately by going over the customer's order to ensure that it is correct
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down counters
Clean and polish counters, equipment, dishes and fountain equipment
Maintain a clean dining area
Maintain condiment area on floor
Clean bathrooms according to the schedule
Wrap menu items such as burgers, dogs, fries and desserts for serving or takeout
Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty
Stock drink cooler
Prepare custards
