    About This Role
    As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting our manufacturing facilities, recycling centers, and offices. Your contributions will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission to make our industry more sustainable and support the bridges, roadways, buildings, and infrastructure that connect our communities.

    What You'll Do
    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.
    • Assemble customer orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to unload and load materials, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Inspect outgoing materials for accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality.
    • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
    • Sort and place materials and items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

    Requirements
    • Forklift experience preferred.
    • Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environments and in the elements.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and business leaders.
    • Able to work overtime as business requires.
