Job Functions (Essential)Be the electrical architect for design and development for new or existing productsDesign and development of Generator set control systems, wiring harnesses, electrical diagrams, electronic engine systems, automatic voltage regulators, transformers, heaters, motor controls, and protective devices, paralleling switchgear, low and medium voltage switchgear, and any other electrical aspects of products.
Analyzes production methods to ensure time and cost objectives are met.Co-ordinate with production team for during assembly of Electrical Schematics and wiring harness.
Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement of existing productsReviews and analyzes vendor or customer proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expendituresComplete work according to standard engineering principles and practicesResponsible for following the ERP procedures per the company's quality systemSafety and environmental procedures and work instructions can be referenced in the MatrixPerforms other related duties as assignedPromotes a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of ConductPerforms special projects as requiredPerform other related duties as assignedWork Environment:

Daily work is performed in an office environment. This position has a Monday through Friday work schedule, as business requires.
While performing duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to stand, kneel, crouch, reach, and / or grasp.
Next, an employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to manipulate small items such as a keyboard or mouse.
Finally, an employee is also frequently required to walk within the work environment.Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, and the employee must have the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5 years of electrical engineering experience or 9 years of electrical engineering experience.
Excellent knowledge about Diesel and Gas enginesExcellent ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent ability to read and interpret general procedures Excellent ability to read and interpret line diagrams, ladder diagrams, and point to point diagrams Entrepreneurial attitudeAbility to travelExcellent problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional levelExcellent ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsExcellent computer Skills:
