Your Role and Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for the new DSPM and AI-SPM market segments, leveraging leadership experience as co-founder and CEO of the innovative DSPM company acquired by IBM.

Demonstrating thought leadership and positioning IBM as a fron-trunner in emerging spaces through participation in events, panels, summits, webinars, etc.

Serving as IBM's subject matter expert in DSPM and AI-SPM customers meetings, drawing from unique experience as CEO of a startup in DSPM pioneering the market and then acquired by IBM
Leading the ideation process for new AI-SPM product, leveraging Guy's extensive network and connections with AI-SPM startups and among leaders within potential customer companies
Subject matter expert for establishing new Managed Security Service Provider partners and other technology integration partnerships in the data-security and AI-security spaces, leveraging credibility as an entrepreneur who successfully exited his company
Mentoring emerging leaders within the product line, while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within the corporate culture
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

DSPM and AI Security market experience, Polar technology specific expertise, understanding of the DSPM market and the broader data security market to apply competitive positioning and new product introduction.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
