Akkodis is seeking a Change Manager - HCM & Payroll for a Contract position with a client located in Brooklyn, NY or Syracuse, NY (Hybrid).
Rate Range: $70-75/hr on W2 without benefits, the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Individuals must have experience in end-to-end programmes starting with change impact assessment, leadership alignment, and change planning, through to full change implementation (people transition, culture and behaviour change, learning).
Accountabilities:
Working with the Change Management Director, the Change Sponsor, the Programme Team and the broader business the incumbent will:
Bring a US perspective to the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive change proposition and strategy aligned to the Programmes People, Service Transition and Deployment plans.
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology
Advise, coach, manage and mentor local business leaders and colleagues in change management interventions
Provide insight and support to shape and deliver internal communications, engagement and stakeholder mapping plans
Develop strong relationships across internal networks and stakeholder groups, including our Business Partnering teams to support effective business readiness
Define business readiness and end user adoption plans and activities, to the areas to which the incumbent is aligned
Work with key stakeholders to conduct detailed analysis and produce comprehensive operational documents to help develop a clear understanding of current vs future state and the operational and people impacts as a result of our change portfolio
Design and create change impact assessments, personas and user experience mapping / customer journeys
Effectively coordinate the change activities for colleagues
Support development and delivery of a comprehensive and tailored programme of education and training to impacted stakeholders
Continuously measure and improve our change management effectiveness including user adoption
Communicate risks/issues related to change readiness and timelines
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have the following knowledge, experience and technical know-how:
Be an experienced Change manager who role models through their own behaviour and actions, embedding change by inspiring, coaching, holding themselves and others to account and setting the right inclusive culture for team and our partners
Bachelors Degree (Business, Human Resources, or relevant subject) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Must have demonstrable experience in delivering change in a large scale, multiyear HR transformation programme including the implementation of best-in-class SaaS HR and Payroll solutions
Detailed knowledge of a shared services and centres of excellence operating environment, service systems, processes, and capabilities
Strong ability to lead, inspire, engage, and coach diverse stakeholders and create an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries
Strong skills in supporting others shape their change journey, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate and using this to communicate with key audiences
Experience of successfully enabling change at scale - across people, process and technology domains, and a range of associated delivery frameworks, including agile
Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation abilities, including the capacity to articulate complex ideas and facilitate constructive conversations as well as producing high quality content within tight timescales and under pressure
Strong human-centred change management skills required to drive the right culture, mindset and behaviour shift around strong controls and risk management
