Safety Opportunity: Site Safety Supervisor

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Safety team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units (icon Mechanical, iENG Design, and eagle Controls) and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to join our Safety team located at our office in Nashville, TN. Our ideal candidate for a Site Safety Supervisor is someone who has 3-5 years of experience experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar role. The candidate will have extensive experience in construction safety practices and effective communication with a diverse workforce. The Site Safety Supervisor will collaborate closely with regional and national teams, project members, and the company's Safety Director.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite's Site Safety Supervisor include:

• Enforcing and rigorously upholding safety protocols and company policies at the site level.
• Conducting daily and weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks with site personnel.
• Performing jobsite safety inspections and formal risk assessments to identify and resolve hazards.
• Leading incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring proper use, availability, and condition of all PPE and site-specific safety equipment.
• Educating employees on emergency response, equipment safety, fall protection, and hazard recognition.
• Maintaining accurate safety documentation, including reports, inspection logs, and training records.
• Tracking site-specific safety performance data and contribute to strategy development for safety improvement.
• Staying current with OSHA standards and evolving industry best practices.
• Coordinating safety considerations into project planning, phasing, and execution.
• Facilitating emergency response drills and job-specific safety exercises.
• Monitoring subcontractor safety compliance and collaborating with all partners on project safety alignment.
• Providing consistent updates and communication with regional safety leaders and the Safety Director.

Preferred qualifications for iSuite's Site Safety Supervisor include:

• A positive and professional attitude with excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage others to utilize safe construction work practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, produce high quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• OSHA 30 and/ or OSHA 510 certification obtained within the last 3 years.
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.
