    Description

    Job Title: Security Operations Manager

    DESCRIPTION:
    - Operations Managers lead and manage contract and temporary security contracts in a specific region
    - Looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in leadership, great communication, organization, and relationship building skills
    - Perfect for those who enjoy a flexible work schedule, light traveling, and working out in the field
    - Responsible for 16 billable hours per week, working as an Officer at various contract locations in the area
    - Some positions are armed, requiring a Concealed Pistols License
    - Reports to the VP of Operations, overseeing Site Supervisors and Security Officers
    - Supports company-wide business development initiatives and goals
    - Critical role in expanding business in the Ohio area

    SCHEDULE:
    - 1st Shift Monday-Friday, flexible availability required, 40+ hours/week (Full-Time)

    COMPENSATION:
    • Rate of Pay: $47,000 with Benefits
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, On & Off The Job Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Identity Theft Protection, Paid Time Off, and 401K

    LOCATION:
    - Office: Troy, MI; Area of Responsibility: Ohio and Southeast MI; Travel is Required

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Contract Management
    2. Client Relations
    3. Employee Training
    4. Recruiting
    5. Temporary Accounts
    6. Overtime Management
    7. Payroll
    8. Site Visits
    9. All Staff Meetings
    10. Incident Reports
    11. On-Call Duties
    12. Business Development
    13. Perform other assigned duties

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. Must have no felony convictions or certain misdemeanor convictions
    2. Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration preferred
    3. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a security manager or above
    4. Concealed Pistols License required
    5. Above average customer service skills
    6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
