- Process various documents to include enrollment forms and correspondence.
- Perform general filing and records maintenance.
- Prepare routine correspondence for enrolling and reenrolling providers.
- Compile enrollment data/statistics for reports & verifying documentation data for provider enrollment.
- Data entry & other general clerical tasks as assigned.
- This is an onsite/office environment in Montgomery, Alabama.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $28, $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
