    Job Title: Provider Relations Representative

    SUMMARY

    The Provider Relations Representative will oversee the development and maintenance of a robust network of transportation providers. They will ensure seamless communication with suppliers, manage contractual relationships, and provide strategic guidance on deploying initiatives that drive network health.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies to maintain a healthy provider network, preventing deficiencies and meeting or exceeding budgeted unit costs.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation providers to ensure performance criteria are met and maintained.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new transportation providers, including contracting and rate negotiations, while ensuring credentialing policies are adhered to.
    • Monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
    • Engage in regular provider meetings to foster open communication and address concerns.
    • Assume primary responsibility for platform utilization, serving as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for initial and ongoing platform initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in transportation services and provider network development, with 2 years of staff supervisory experience.
    • Negotiation and contract management expertise is preferred.
    • Knowledge of transportation provider costs, pricing strategies, budget management, and reporting.
    • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn proprietary software systems.

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
